Just asking …

Britney Spears on the cover of Rolling Stone magazineSo Rolling Stone ragazine is getting set to put Britney Spears on its cover for the fourth time. In this issue, RS completely crosses over into taboid journalism will use Britney’s trainwreck of a life to shamelessly rake in cash illustrate their cover story – ‘An American Tragedy’.

My question is where in the article can we expect to read about the rag’s participation in her downfall?

RS has had her on the cover three previous times — beginning when the pop tart was 17 and slipping her into her first overly sexual media display. She’s whored her image out thousands of times over the last decade or so — and rags such as the Enquirer, Star, People and Rolling Stone were all right there pimping her fame with the best of them.

Now that she’s bringing the crazy all over town where can we expect to read the media’s mea culpa for contributing?
